- Solano County Tax Public Access County provides taxpayers the convenience of receiving their tax bills in electronic format. Electronic billing subscription or "E-billing" provides cost savings to the county while also providing taxpayers a more expedient means to receive tax bills.

To subscribe for Electronic Billing, the following are required:
- The account number / PIN as found on your tax bill.
- The access code, also provided with your tax bill.
- A valid email address. An account cannot be associated with more than one email address, but a single email address can be associated with more than one account.
